Trayecto was founded by Russell based on insights earned from a decade as a financial planner. He helped founders, early employees, and executives navigate over $800,000,000 in exit value while advising on key life events like moving states, negotiating job offers, founding companies, sabbaticals, buying/selling property, and much more. With a deep understanding of the tools and service models in the wealth management and tax preparation industry, and feeling frustrated with traditional service offerings, he knew it was time to build Trayecto.
